I've taken my vehicle here for several years for maintenance and repairs, diagnostics and oil changes, and I fully recommend them. They are honest, do excellent work, and go out of their way to help.
Thank you very much to Charlie and everyone at Midwest ! I was in an emergency situation as I was on my way to Sandwich with my delivery van when my alternator went totally bad. Dangerous driving conditions and my vehicle was malfunctioning badly and there was a severe snowstorm that day. But I limped my van to Midwest after someone recommended them. I’m third generation of my family taking cars to this shop. They are always so helpful and kind. I will always trust these guys to take care of my vehicles.
I went in to have an oil change done. I also asked them to figure out what the popping noise is coming from the driver side of the vehicle. I needed an estimate. The older gentleman came out and proceeded to tell me that he didn’t take tires off or anything but it needs 4-5,000 dollars in work and that I should just trade it in due to it having 114,000 miles on it. We have taken all of our cars here for years! We adore Mary, she has such great customer service! Jeff, Charlie and the rest of their staff are some of the best mechanics around! They are very thorough and do the job properly from start to finish. If you are in need of a new place to service your vehicle, I highly recommend them.
