WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!! we moved from across the country not even living here for 2 months we have rodents all they did was set up traps and now we have dead mice all over our unit. UNIT 21!!! then their “brand new” toilet was pouring down our wall and roof they had a plumber come in and “fix” it leaving puddy all over the walls. THEN we got a cat to fix the mice problems they EVICTIED US ( THANK GOD ) THEN took us to court to try and get a year worth of rent from us after THEY evicted us after 2 months!!... read more
Told we had the place till day to leave deposit and final signing and was told they gave to another client.
This is my second time living with Midwest Property Management at River Valley Townhomes. The units are well situated within walking distance to all amenities; city transit, shopping centers, schools, daycares, churches, curling, driving range, Edmonton community rec center (pool and gym), and easy access to our beautiful river valley walking trails. Keep raising the rents every year for no reason. No improvements are made to the suites and they offer no other explanation other than they can raise rents when they want . They do not off you to sign a longer lease. I pay all utilities water power and gas and internet. The rents do not need to increase by $ 200 every year. Families can barely scrape by as it is. I have lived here for five years with no improvements to my suite and a rental increase of $100 - 200 per year. Our wages aren’t increased so we have to uproot our ... read more
