I have never had such BAD service, it has been 4 MONTHS and they cant seem to order a simple heater part. The service tech came out to my house and took my part so they could make sure they ordered the right one and they still ordered the WRONG part. They dont return calls left on their machine and when I do get someone on the phone they don t seem to know anything about my part and they will have to call be back after they check with this person or that person. I wish I had gone to the other spa company in town I hear nothi... read more

I would highly recommend this company for their product knowledge. The salesman was extremely helpful in showing us what we were looking for. Jacuzzi Spa 355 is what we bought.
