I have used Midwest Pool for 20 years and have always been very satisfied with service, response time, and staff. If I take a water sample, the advice is always spot on. They show up when scheduled, and all the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and helpful.

OLD STYLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AMAZING. So... I'm older.. Get that out of the way.. I take care of my pool for the most part. Been doing it a very long time. Top of the line service, they are very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, they are in such high demand because of their excellent service, they are booked at times. You couldn't ask for better service.
