I was assigned Midwest Pool Installers by American Sale for our new pool. I had several delays on my end with the permit being issued, but Doug was very understanding and rescheduled me multiple times. The pool was installed last week in a couple of hours, and although there were a few small things that needed to be fixed due to the Oxygen system, he came back out and made sure everything was working perfectly. As of today I have a functioning pool and I would recommend Doug & his crew for future installations.
They did an awesome job. Very efficient.
Our pool installation was scheduled for Msy 11,2023. My spouse took the day off of work as we both work fulltime. The installation date had been scheduled for almost 3 weeks. On the morning of May 11, midwest called and wanted to reschedule us. My spouse said NO he took the day off this has been scheduled for almost 3 weeks. It was not raining so there was no reason to. I am a first time pool owner and these guys were very helpful in the whole process. They helped me with making sure I had everything needed and did the instillation quickly and cleaned everything up as well. They also followed up this spring season to see if I needed help opening the pool since it was my fist time. They were also very reasonable.
Had our Pool installed this past weekend by Midwest Pools. They helped remove our old pool last April and Reinstalled the same pool at our new house a year later. Price was reasonable for install and they were prompt and did a wonderful job on the install, so far so good! We’re pleased that they were able to squeeze us in during their busy schedule. Can’t wait to enjoy! Thank you, Doug and Crew!
