I had an emergency situation on a holiday. Midwest came within an hour and did what was nessesary to fix the issue and even followed up to make sure the situation was corrected.
Should be called Cowboy Plumbing, very rude people and not quality work.
Highly do not recommend. To start, the women working the service counter was extremely rude & dismissive to my wife and I. Gave us false information on warranty coverage, and never stated there is a $150 MINNIMUM CHARGE for a tech to come do service. Resulting in a $175 bill to cap off a valve & for the tech to be there for 10 minutes total. Highly discourage using dealing with this company. Very unprofessional and rude customer service.
High prices. Low quality of work. Rude employee. Do not recommend.
I used Midwest Plumbing for years, thought I was a good customer, until a service call that ended up with a closed boiler valve showed they couldn't care less about me. The tech didn't reopen the valve causing a shutdown resulting in a $200 visit from the boiler installer. Easy fix, honest mistake, but no price adjustment at all for their misstep, after I called, emailed and sent a letter. Who does this in this day and age?
