Over it. We had them come out to fix some stuff and they couldn’t get it all done and said they would be back. That was 5 weeks ago and even after calling at least once a week all I get is “we are just really busy and I’ll get someone ever there”. Then they never call and never show up. Trying to find someone else to come over and finish up what they started.
WORST ATTEMPTED PLUMBING SERVICE EVER!!! I called Midwest Plumbing Inc. to get a washer drain fixed/snaked out because the water was backing up in the pipe. I informed the call center that I work night shift so I would only be available first thing in the early morning or anytime in the later afternoon. I was told that they will make a note of that and that they will be there the next day, Great! Had this company come to unplug drain the first Plummer could not get it unplugged so he had the other plumber come and he got it unplugged it took 2 to 4 hours for the first time and a day later we could smell a bad odor. So a week later our drain plugged again and we call the company back to unplug our drain again and they did. I had them come out to my house to fix a sink drain. They have been to my house a couple of times before. They seem to miss the mark in clearing out the plug or what ever is occurring. There was no diagnosis of the issue. Just poured stuff down the drain and hoped for the best. I coulda done that. No snake… nothing.
