Was kind an on time an affordable pricing
We had a backed up main line in the housein Guernsey. Called Midwest and they are able to send a guy out the same day. Roger was very nice and got the job done fast. The receptionist was very friendly and polite when we called. Thank you so much. The prices are great
We had a water leak in our backyard.Homeserve contacted Roger he come to wheatland on Monday and he had it fixed on Wednesday .He got here at 8am and was fixed in 2hrs and half.We are very happy with his service..
Over it. We had them come out to fix some stuff and they couldn’t get it all done and said they would be back. That was 5 weeks ago and even after calling at least once a week all I get is “we are just really busy and I’ll get someone ever there”. Then they never call and never show up. Trying to find someone else to come over and finish up what they started.
WORST ATTEMPTED PLUMBING SERVICE EVER!!! I called Midwest Plumbing Inc. to get a washer drain fixed/snaked out because the water was backing up in the pipe. I informed the call center that I work night shift so I would only be available first thing in the early morning or anytime in the later afternoon. I was told that they will make a note of that and that they will be there the next day, Great! Well the next day comes and I wake up at 2pm and see a missed called that took place at 1030 AM, It was the plumber who also left ... read more
