Just got charged 463.00 to replace a toilet. I provided the toilet and was still charged 463.00 for an hour of work. When I asked the price, I was told they would know when they got to the house. Why were they working with me up until it came to the bill? Then all of a sudden, my husband was the point of contact. Now I am being told they charge a flat fee, if that were true why didn't they give me the flat price when I booked the work? It took them an hour. James has been great to work with! He patched up the leak very quickly and gave good advice for submitting an insurance claim. Since then he’s also been helpful when I’ve had to call him about small issues. I highly recommend Midwest Plumbers!
James is extremely good at his job and respectful the whole time. Our bathroom remodel process was made easier just with him doing the plumbing. I was visiting family in Colorado last month and they’re remodeling their home. During the remodel they discovered some plumbing issues. Long story short a new water heater was needed.
