Andie acted as if my mere presence was inconveniencing her by trying to purchase something while she was literally standing there doing nothing. We’d already waited multiple minutes and by the time we got to register she was already emanating “can’t be bothered” energy. Are the staff trained to be unfriendly? Can’t remember the last time I went in here and was greeted by a friendly face. Bad look for the camera community in Columbus.
I truly love this place. I started coming here after Midwest Photo had a booth set up at one COSI After Dark night. When I was getting into film, they were very kind on helping me with my questions. They also have photography classes, which I’ve taken several of and really enjoyed. Have been coming here for a while now and will continue to do so! Always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Really pleased with the patient and personal care with which they treat you. Had an issue with a UV filter and they took care of it without hesitation. I've ordered from them online and was blown away with the quick packing and affordable overnight shipping for a trip I had scheduled. Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly served up with outstanding customer service. Huge selection of top quality camera bags and accessories. They have specialists you can talk with which is AMAZING.
