I'll start with the positives. The receptionist is an absolute sweetheart. Shes kind, efficient and personable. The ultrasound tech I've seen each time is an absolute gem. She's knowledgeable, quick without rushing and has a great bedside manner. Most of the doctors have been good too. Except one. I can't remember her name but she's a brunette woman in her 40s. I was referred to this office by my gynecologist because in my previous pregnancy my water fully erupted at 30 weeks. I have visited this office twice and each time the girl working the front desk has been rude. Finley and Cowles are both Very knowledgeable. I started scans but ended up being admitted at 29 weeks due to the blood flow in the cord and the baby measuring small. They followed me to delivery, visiting daily sometimes multiple times in a day. They have to tell you the hard stuff but taking the time to talk things through made the hard stuff a little easier to hear. My little came early but didn't even need oxygen. We were blessed and couldn't have done it without their expertise.

Now, while I don't expect everyone in the world to be jumping for joy for us at the same level of excitement we are, I feel like any doctor, nurse or office dealing with pregnant women should have some sort of bedside manner or pleasantness to them. It can be an uncomfortable, scary, uneasy time for any mom, especially a new one. We were SO excited for our first app... read more
