Booked for our wedding for shuttling between the venue and the hotel. Worked perfectly well, and the person I worked with, Mel, helped us when my bride accidentally left her phone in the bus (we were able to pick it up the next day). Occasionally a bit late to reply to emails, but that is my only complaint. They earned a solid 5/5.
I used their shuttle bus service on June 27, 2026 and the service was outstanding; the driver Deonte Tillion was awesome, he was accommodating and very professional.
What a great experience and time we had today. Our driver, Deonte, was very engaging with our group and incredibly friendly. He arrived right on time, and we had a wonderful, safe experience. Hats off to Deonte and Midwest.
Happy Customer! Midwest Coach Limousine was a breeze to work with from the start. My friends & I were headed to dinner and a show in Rosemont.
