Lied about having a part, kept stalling and telling me that he’ll call back but nothing, wasted 2 weeks of my time! Don’t deal with this guy! He’s not an honest person
Don't purchase here. Just save your money and buy off of ebay. If you select expedited shipping he will just pocket the extra money and send it the cheapest way possible. When I contacted him he blew me off and said it will get to me when it gets to me. As a fellow business owner I normally avoid writing reviews and there is always two sides to every story, but fraud coupled with poor customer service is unacceptable.
0 star review. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE!! They sold me a motor with a 60 day warranty and as soon I get it installed there is an oil leak. They said they would cover the cost to get it fixed. Once I got it fixed at my mechanics, I let them know the total and they told me it was my responsibility and not theirs after telling me they'd cover it. Very dishonest and sketchy business. Over all good dude to do business with, parts were as described just as the pictures showed. Timely and very reasonable with the prices.
Ordered a HVAC control panel for my car. Had to call their main number to ask when the part would ship after waiting a week with no order status update. Call went to a cell a guy answered and said he would process the next day. After two days order updated label for part was created but it never processed through delivery system. Had to call back and talk to same guy and tell him part still has not shipped only the label has been printed. Part finally shipped two days later.
