The level of aftercare is really poor. I have called three times to tell them that the steroids shots in my spine really didn't seem to work. I have been called back once, after my first call, but when I went to call back, I got the message center again. They are IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of to report problems. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
