I have done business with Midwest Outdoor Power for well over 20 years and continue to do so even though I now live over an hour away. Dave is a honest and very qualified tech that really goes the extra mile to help out however he can. I would recommend him to anyone needing service work or pre owned equipment. In my opinion if your buying new equipment you will get better sales expertise and after sale customer support with him over many larger stores.

Dave the owner is smug. He was not friendly towards me. Dave did not look at or work on the chainsaw and polesaw I dropped off over three weeks ago. He said he would have them done in a couple weeks. When I asked for my saws back, he handed them to me, I said thank you and he turned his back to me. I thought that he was unfriendly, rude, and upset because I wanted my saws back. Knowledgeable, meticulous in his work, honest, and just a good guy ! Also, his dog is an absolute love bug ! So stop in with a broken chainsaw or mower, pet a cool puppy, and get your stuff working like new !!
