They never answer phone or return calls.
Doctor Moore and NP Buchanan are phenomenal Doctors. However, since Mercy took over, no one answers the phones, the staff always seems rushed or standoffish. I even had my call rejected a few times. (Heard it ring once then go to voicemail.)
