The quality of postoperative care was inconsistent and poor. I had a knee replacement so did my son.My son got a continuous ice machine for his post operative knee care. I did not . we both have insurance to cover the cost of the continuous icing for For postoperative knee pain.Don’t understand why the care is inconsistent.
They told me and I quote, "We don't actually know whats wrong with you. We're just throwing cards up in the air." Even though I did an MRI that they told me was a bulging disc. Then when I was going to do the procedure they wanted to do to me they just... dropped me. And that was after they tried doing it the first time, put me under anesthesia, and then seemingly didn't do it because something(?) Happened when I was under.
