Over charged and unable to fix our printing problem. Found another company who came out, found the problem, ordered the part and returned to install it all for just under what visual edge charged for the 2 and a half hour "cleaning" which did not fix the original issue. The new company also noted how it did not look like it was recently cleaned at all. I do not recommend this company.
Happy with their service! Always available when we need something.
Visual Edge is great to work with for our printing/copying needs. Barry is accessible and responds quickly when we have questions.
