This place is a complete joke. I was sent there to get a DOT physical had to wait almost 3 hours. Then 2nd visit I waited almost 2 hours just to get my TB test read. Then I recieved numerous calls, one they accidentally ripped my DOT card so I needed to come back to fill out another, second call was because they fail to ask for my driver's license during registration and the lady that called was very condescending asking if I actually had a license or had I lost it....like DUH, I must have one to be receiving a DOT card.
