I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Midwest OB/GYN & Midwifery in Elk Grove Village. I have been a patient here for years, but unfortunately, the quality of care and professionalism has drastically declined. Elizabeth, the doctor I encountered, was extremely impatient and dismissive, which made me feel unwelcome. The front desk ladies and nurses were just as bad-rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. An interaction with Paulina can ruin your entire appointment. She likes to blame the patient for “being late” to justify waiting 45 minutes past your appointment time. After walking up 4 flights of stairs (one of the elevators has been broken for the last 2 months) paying at the front desk, measuring my weight AND taking my blood pressure, the time was only 2:38 when we started waiting for the midwife. I absolutely love this place I've delivered my last 3 kids there oldest 12 7 and 6 and back again this year for my next one and wouldn't wanna not have liz koziol or moreira to be the ones to deliver my last baby they are the best caring understanding and much more will forever recommend them to anyone looking for an obgyn the girls up front have always been great as well 🥰
Midwest OB/Gyn delivered my baby safely and for the most part was a good experience. Dr. Koziol, Liz Garcia, and Dr. Kuder are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone they were patient with me as a first time mom and made me feel comfortable. I gave the practice 3 stars for a couple reasons. Janet Ford is one of the most condescending providers I’ve ever encountered, she talks to you like you’re stupid and acts like it’s an inconvenience to see patients and answer their questions. Made an appointment at 3:30… they called confirming appointment and saying my appointment time was 3. I got there before 3 and wasn’t seen until 4!!!! Had to wait over an hour with my daughter.
