The office is unprofessional, I have made multiple attempts to get in contact with the office manager to transfer my care. I have yet to get a call back. I was verbally attacked by their phlebotomist for simply asking “is this where I need to be.” I am still awaiting contact from management regarding that issue that happened a week ago. I was told I could not get my lab results for a week even though they were loaded on the patient portal that they did not give me access to. Worst experience ever.
Definitivamente ninguna de las recepcionista sirve mi esposa va a este consultorio y la verdad todas son groseras la dr es excelente pero tienen las peores recepcionistas son mal hablada ni quieren atender deberia de tener un cambio o despedirla son mal educada y groseras y nunca tienen animos si te paraste de mal humor vuelvete a dormir
El personal de recepción es demasiado mal educados hablan como si contestar la llamada fuera un peso para ellas, las enfermeras te miran mal y casi ni te quieren decir las cosas de verdad muy buen consultorio pero las que hablan español son groseras y responden de mala manera, casi no quiero llamar o preguntarles algo por que siempre quieren cortar el telefono sin que termines de hablar, deberían colocar personas que les guste su trabajo y les guste atender los pacientes con carisma. My experience at Midwest has been one of the worst I have ever experienced. The waits are almost always super long in my experience. The administrative staff is nice enough but you can hear them gossiping from the waiting room. If you want a team that will care about your health as well as be sympathetic with you, go somewhere else. I went for a wellness visit after a traumatic birth experience. Absolutely TERRIBLE. Do not have Janet Ford as your doctor she has a terrible attitude, always answers my questions with smart ass answers. The staff at the front desk always has rude stares. The worst part of the office is Ms. Janet Ford beyond rude and doesn’t give you any hope during your pregnancy. This is my first pregnancy and every single time I see her face I want to leave.
