Dr Cravanas notified us first of the year he was quitting. He assured us a referral. We got the referral. But the new Neuro can not see her until July 29th. Since then- the wife’s seizures have gotten worse. We needed refills of anti seizure meds. When I contacted them for help- they simply said she is not a patient there anymore. And they could not help her. Her new Neuro can’t prescribe meds until they see her. She has a VNS implant. What a mess. If you care about your loved one- DONT SEND THEM HERE!!!! Wow!! Demi Dawkins, was a breath of fresh air she treated me as if I was human and put herself in my shoes. She explained what she thought and make sure I understood wish I would’ve reached out too. This office much much sooner.
Was less than 10 mins late due to having to drop off medical supplies at my daughter's school who is a type 1 diabetic. I also had an ASAP/emergency referral for my apt. Yet they refused to see me and didn't even have the decency to reschedule me at that time. Said they would call me. Absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional. My issues ate just as important as anyone else's, especially if my pain doctor put in an emergency referral at that.
