Update: still haven’t got the clearance for my job. Referral for neurosurgeon was sent December 23. A whole week after I saw the doctor for and a week of constant calling and leaving a message. Dr. Kassar stated at my appointment I would have my Clearance before 1/6 and I don’t see him again until 1/5 and that’s so he can go over my results which will be a televist. So, I’m going to have to go up there and get the clearance after the appointment because I don’t trust them to fax it. I have been going here since 2017 and neve... read more
