Now that nurse practitioner Terwilliger is gone, it seems patient care went with her. Although the front office staff is very pleasant to deal with

Three times in a month went there for an MRI and each time sat there and then each time told MRI is still down, but they are working hard... So drove there for nothing times 3. No one could call??? Highly DO NOT recommend.
Update: I appreciate my doctor, but I leave 3 messages in a week and no one returns my call. I have to keep calling the front desk until someone answers. Disappointed. I am so thankful for Dr Ferache, he always takes time with you and never makes you feel rushed. He is very compassionate. Thank you so much.
Do not recommend. Incompetent at best.
