Front office is the absolute worst to deal with. I’ve had a prescription held up for over a MONTH because neither me nor the pharmacy can get ahold of them. Always have to leave voicemails and never get a call back. If you spam redial enough they might answer, but just to get told “Oh I’ll transfer you” or “I’ll make a note on that” AVOID this place if you want any help within any reasonable timeframe. Dr Kasar is compassionate and a great doctor who actually listens to your complaints.
went with roommate for her appt earlier today, very organized Drs office, will most likely be here after my surgery for pain mgmnt.
Dr. Farche listened carefully and never made me feel rushed. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful with scheduling.
