Make sure that you bring a mechanic or take it to the shop before you purchase the vehicle. I purchased a Chevy Cruze last week, and within 3-4 hours problems started. I have my fingers crossed that the repairs aren't expensive. It's just disappointing as hell because I asked if anything needed to be repaired, and I was told no. Now I'm regretting purchasing the car. I worked hard to purchase a car and made a lot of sacrifices; it feels like a huge slap in the face right now.
My wife purchased a car from this dealer before my wife left she asked them if there was any kind of warranty I know most of the time when u buy a used car their is no warranty but just by mouth they said they would give her a 30 day warranty Well long story short there was some issues and once we contacted them they fixed everything any of those other shops would have said we didn’t have that in writing I highly recommend these guys they stuck by their word and that means a lot in my book
Purchased a vehicle from Midwest Motorsports 2 years ago and still haven’t received my title. I was told that it would be mailed to my current address because after taking so long I moved out of town 6 mos ago. The owner stated , again after months of delays, that the title finally arrived at the dealership and that I have to come from out of town to get it. Poor business ethics. Unbelievable. Beware the owner is squirrelly and FOS.
Buyer Beware – Very Disappointing Experience I purchased a 2012 Dodge Challenger from Midwest Motorsports. Went here to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Met with Adrien (Sales Manager). Nice guy, friendly, and no pressure. Took the car for a drive and found the oil cooler was leaking (common Grand Cherokee issue). Advised Adrien of this and offered to let them fix it as long as I could still qualify for the 30 day warranty they offer on the engine and transmission. I was even willing to pay sticker price if they could do this. He said he talked to the boss and he said he would take $500 off but I would not get the 30 day warranty. ... read more
