Unprofessional. Undependable. Rude. Delivered 6 days late without EVER communicating new date. Never picked up the phone when the store called them. Lied when I called to get them to pick up the PALLET they dumped in my front yard (I had already canceled the order).
The environment is welcoming. Everyone is kind. I would recommend all who is interested to work for a trucking company to join the team.
