I'm really not sure who runs the warehouse or watches over the loading of skids and product?? How much money have you lost and my company has lost over damaged products? Never use this company!!

I would also discourage using this company. I had a renter at my warehouse get a delivery when the semi turned around he hit my building was only about $1200 damage, but the driver took off and of course the insurance company stood behind the driver, even though I had an eyewitness, I had an invoice saying he was there and it was the only delivery made there that day.

I expected more change since Swift bought MME, at least change the name of MME since they have a horrible reputation as a motor carrier

Wow, need a shipping company, look somewhere else! These people flat out lied when I asked about why the package was rerouted from its destination of MSP to Chicago, to Iowa, then back to MSP before delivering it, delaying my project for days, (ahhhh...I can see the tracking regarding where it's been and is going...technology, shocker) then scheduled the delivery and told me they'd call 30 minutes out so I could be there to inspect the shipment and sign for it, never called...pushed to have someone on site sign for it, and g... read more

Good office personnel. Friendly. The guy loading the one pallet in, didn't look like a busy day, could not have been in more haste. From almost taking out the back taillight in the truck to pushing the truck forward while in gear to slamming the pallet down. Not a good impression. Then being asked to not say anything or I could get in trouble. Will be back at some point since it's the only shipper I can use locally from the sender out of state. May need to find another or be better prepared.
