Despite a few bumps along the way from the other end, Chris stayed informative, knowledgeable, and highly professional. Chris is amazing and very knowledgeable, I don't think Chris ever sleeps no matter what time I emailed AM or PM weekends included he responded within minutes. Chris also did a great job of explaining everything. Chris went out of his way to go that extra mile to get underwriting to approve me within a couple days. Highly recommended!!!!
I will never deal with or advise others to deal with this lender, specifically Kristen Wisinski. When dealing with home buying, no response from someone claiming to be a professional, should lead with an "LOL." High-school like immaturity doesn't belong anywhere near a half a million dollar mortgage loan. She seemed offended when her best rate was higher than my current offer from another lender and when asked if she could beat it she turned into a child.
