Working with Chris and Kristen was a fantastic experience from start to finish. He was always available when I had questions and took the time to walk me through every step of the process. Whether I needed a quick answer or wanted to talk things through in more detail, he was patient, responsive, and extremely helpful. Chris is amazing and very knowledgeable, I don't think Chris ever sleeps no matter what time I emailed AM or PM weekends included he responded within minutes. Chris also did a great job of explaining everything. Chris went out of his way to go that extra mile to get underwriting to approve me within a couple days. Highly recommended!!!!
