Working with Chris and Kristen was a fantastic experience from start to finish. He was always available when I had questions and took the time to walk me through every step of the process. Whether I needed a quick answer or wanted to talk things through in more detail, he was patient, responsive, and extremely helpful. I truly felt supported the entire time and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage broker who’s reliable and easy to work with. I would defiantly use them again!!
Chris went above and beyond our expectations throughout our home-buying process. Despite a few bumps along the way from the other end, Chris stayed informative, knowledgeable, and highly professional. Midwest Mortgage truly cares about your present and future, and that has shown through immensely with Chris's non-stop work ethic.
Chris is amazing and very knowledgeable, I don't think Chris ever sleeps no matter what time I emailed AM or PM weekends included he responded within minutes. Chris also did a great job of explaining everything. Chris went out of his way to go that extra mile to get underwriting to approve me within a couple days. Highly recommended!!!!
I will never deal with or advise others to deal with this lender, specifically Kristen Wisinski. When dealing with home buying, no response from someone claiming to be a professional, should lead with an "LOL." High-school like immaturity doesn't belong anywhere near a half a million dollar mortgage loan. She seemed offended when her best rate was higher than my current offer from another lender and when asked if she could beat it she turned into a child.
