We are extremely disappointed with our experience working with Charles. Our home sale has been delayed multiple times, creating significant stress and putting the purchase of our new home at risk. We were ready to close weeks ago and did everything required on our end in a timely manner. I worked with the Midwest Mortgage loan team on my recent loan! They were unbelievably helpful, any time I would call them and ask questions they were available and made the process very simple. I would recommend anyone needing a loan In the future to reach out to them!

Seems like a good company but in today’s market if you are looking for a 15 year fixed rate you may not want to go with them. From April to November they went from being able to do a 15 and now they were not able to give us one after we had already agreed on a 15 year fixed. Communication was not great either but that could just depend on who you worked with in the company.
