I worked with the Midwest Mortgage loan team on my recent loan! They were unbelievably helpful, any time I would call them and ask questions they were available and made the process very simple. I would recommend anyone needing a loan In the future to reach out to them!
Seems like a good company but in today’s market if you are looking for a 15 year fixed rate you may not want to go with them. From April to November they went from being able to do a 15 and now they were not able to give us one after we had already agreed on a 15 year fixed. Communication was not great either but that could just depend on who you worked with in the company.
