I don't normally fill these out, but felt I needed to in this case. I worked with David Shaw on both of my last 2 mortgages and he did an excellent job from start to finish. What I appreciated most was his professionalism and accuracy. He laid out everything for me right off the bat, and helped reduce the headaches in what can be a difficult process.
