I acquired a used scooter elsewhere and went to Midwest Mobility to purchase a new battery. When I got home, I discovered that the scooter ran very slow when driving forward. Jeff, at Mobility, arranged for less-than 24-hour, onsite repair. A most-pleasant Brian did the repair. I'm a very happy camper!
The folks at Midwest Mobility care very much about everything they do!!! During an already booked day for them, they squeezed in a delivery to my house of a hospital bed for my suddenly ailing visiting elderly mother. They were so very careful of our wood floors during drop-off and pick-up. They always called when they were 15 minutes away from dropping off or picking up. Very disappointed with this store. The salesman was dismissive and extremely pre occupied with a salesperson who walked in. I felt my questions were a waste of time. I came in seriously looking for help for mobility equipment and was treated with zero respect. For a business that is suppose to care about mobility issues this was UNACCEPTABLE.
