Outstanding service. My husband’s hospital bed was stuck in the down position and without immediate help I would not have been able to feed him or give him water. Jeff and his team provided an immediate solution to what would have been a very serious problem. It is a comfort to know that there is a DME company that truly puts the patient first. My wife had an issue with her wheelchair batteries and Midwest Mobility was able to schedule a next day in home appointment for her. The service technician did a terrific job replacing the batteries. So far things are working great with the new batteries. Midwest Mobility is very professional and has exceptional customer service. We highly recommend them.
I acquired a used scooter elsewhere and went to Midwest Mobility to purchase a new battery. When I got home, I discovered that the scooter ran very slow when driving forward. Jeff, at Mobility, arranged for less-than 24-hour, onsite repair. A most-pleasant Brian did the repair. I'm a very happy camper!
