The staff was professional and kind. Took great care to get us diagnosed and treated. I could not rate them higher but it would be a ten on a scale of 5
My husband cut his finger and required stitches. Was charged $340 cash pay. When we left, they scheduled a follow up appointment 2 days later. I asked specifically if the follow up treatment was included in the cost that was paid. We were told yes! To arrive at the follow up and be charged additional cost because they had to use more materials then they expected. This was not at all his fault. Care about money and that’s it,just like the rest Americas healthcare system,I was there for broken ribs and I had a rash which is poison ivy,because bug bites don’t spread,but short story is ,got the broken rib treated,but I forgot to mention to the doctor about poison ivy,but I did tell it to the young man who asked me all the questions before the doctor came,so I called to see if they could just call in some antibiotics for the ivy,since I was just there and just spent 200$,but of course not ,have to be seen first again,b... read more
Dr Winters and her nursing and office staff were top notch. So far I went 2 times as one appt was follow up. Both times no appointment and in and out first thing in morning. Got me a referral right away and was honest, kind, and helpful. Originally came here as methodist was opened yet. Will continue coming here!
