Dr Winters and her nursing and office staff were top notch. So far I went 2 times as one appt was follow up. Both times no appointment and in and out first thing in morning. Got me a referral right away and was honest, kind, and helpful. Originally came here as methodist was opened yet. Will continue coming here!
I want to start this off by saying, I’m not someone that goes to the doctor very easily. It takes a lot and when I made the call to Midwest Minor Medical on Monday morning (7/28) they had me in within an hour to see provider and radiologist? xray tech?(forgive my not knowing-my head was spinning) At this point, I had unknowingly been walking around on a broken left foot (fifth metatarsal) for 9 days!!! Jill Allen is a great provider. She listens to patients, takes her time, ask questions, gives good advice, and is a problem solver. She stays until the last patient is seen on a busy day. She cares! Also, Julie in billing is fantastic and knowledgeable with figuring out insurance coverage questions etc. Very friendly and helpful!
Came in for a blood test and was in an out in 30 minutes. Keniqa was very good and had no issues sticking me and the blood draw was very smooth. No bruising or issues afterwords. And results came back in a timely manner
I can’t say enough how this is my go to Urgent Care when I can’t see my Family Doctor. Jill Allen NP really takes her time and listens to everything you’re saying. She really got me through a rough Sinus/Lung/Ear problem. The staff is very friendly there too.
