I would give 0 stars if I could. I have been watching them jerk my friend around for weeks for an appointment and then the day of the appointment there was a technical issue *logged in to a new device 30 seconds later* and the therapist had logged out and said oh well make a new appointment despite my friend waiting weeks for their anti psychotic medication and being refused a refill. Midwest Mental Health is a warm caring place to go. I cant say enough of how happy and appreciative I am. They're the best!!!!
This was the first time I found myself being honest with a therapist. Historically I’ve struggled with not wanting people to think I’m broken so I have a hard time telling the full truth to people, even people trying to help me. With Dr. Gervais I opened up like it was 3 am at a sleepover when I was kid while still remaining completely professional. I don’t know how to explain it, she’s just got a face you can talk to I guess. If anyone else struggles with this I can’t recommend her enough.
Wonderful experience. Very helpful staff and very easy scheduling. Dr. Gervais is amazing, and I’ve already recommended her to many of my friends.
