When someone calls for records for their child they say that people can send a release form. It's illegal when I'm asking for records on my own child that I am legally supposed to be obtained. What a joke!
When I emailed the owner about my concerns she never emailed me back. She did finally call me that time. She said she had been out of the office. Now I've emailed her and she hasn't answered again. I guess she's out of the office again.
This place is amazing, very accommodating to your needs and time. Also, a large option of therapists, so it’s easy to navigate finding “your person” !
