Very rude to me over the phone. I sent all my paperwork and it wasn’t good enough to I had my doc fix the paperwork and it still wasn’t enough! They wouldn’t explain what more I needed and threatened I’d have to pay out of pocket or I couldn’t get my machine

Came in from out of town and realized I’d forgotten a piece of medical equipment. Stopped in at the end of their day and she took great care of me.
