Staff lacks basic reading comprehension skills. Staff lacks basic verbal communication and understanding. Constant rejections. Constant rule changes. The only thing they are consistent with over my last 15 years of working with them is their ability to make everything complicated and inconsistent. I wish Condell Medical Center would find a new record processing service.

I'm Daniel, and after waiting a while for the facility to respond to our request for medical records, we contacted customer service. Devi patiently answered all of my questions; during the course of our conversation, which lasted barely more than 40 minutes, she determined the source of my problems and forwarded them to Mr. Ian Anderson (regional manager). Terrible experience from start to finish. Hold time was extremely lengthy when IU called to request records. Records took over a month to arrive. Bill was included with a website to pay the bill, but website doesn't work. Called the office for assistance and was sent to voice mail during business hours. I'd give a zero if it was an option.

EDIT: Two years since my last review and six years of dealing with this company and somehow they have managed to get WORSE. Sent a request which was rejected because they wanted pre-payment. Fine. I resend with a check in early May - it came back in today's mail (06/26/2023) as no records for the patient. Seriously?? You made me send you a check only to return it to me a month later with no records? What is the point?
