Lacy Hosay is the absolute best! She is the person I always request to see, and it's because of the care I receive from her. When I do see her, she is compassionate and really cares about her patients. She listens to me about all of my health concerns, then goes above and beyond to find the right treatment or to find the right specialist for my needs. She treats her patients like they are family. They are out of network with United Health Care and claim they are. Got billed expensive office visits and when I brought it up to their attention in office I was met with this is how insurance works. And this is normal. Even tried to tell me my insurance had changed. It was not until I called United health care that I started to get the truth. I then merged their call to see if they would try the same thing to the insurance company as they did to me which was point the finger at someone else. But UHC was not having it and t... read more
Highly recommend!!! Lacy Hosay is amazing! She is compassionate, caring, personable and very informative. First time that I have been to a doctor's appointment where I came out fully understanding my health issues. Lacy truly cares about her patients!
Honestly hard to write a review because it’s like giving away this awesome sweet gem I found. For the first time ever, it seemed like a doctor listened to me, and cared. It was wonderful. The staff was friendly and great, and even joke with you. Love my Doctor, love the people, love the care. Cannot recommend the place enough!
