They are out of network with United Health Care and claim they are. Got billed expensive office visits and when I brought it up to their attention in office I was met with this is how insurance works. And this is normal. Even tried to tell me my insurance had changed. It was not until I called United health care that I started to get the truth. Highly recommend!!! Lacy Hosay is amazing! She is compassionate, caring, personable and very informative. First time that I have been to a doctor's appointment where I came out fully understanding my health issues. Lacy truly cares about her patients!
Honestly hard to write a review because it’s like giving away this awesome sweet gem I found. For the first time ever, it seemed like a doctor listened to me, and cared. It was wonderful. The staff was friendly and great, and even joke with you. Love my Doctor, love the people, love the care. Cannot recommend the place enough!

I usually see Dr. Jabbar who has moved out of Festus...He's an wonderful, kind , caring, prompt Doctor and very efficient...I wasn't feeling well so I got into see Lacy in Festus.. I waited 15 minutes in waiting room and then another 45 minutes in the exam room...I was going to leave but they said she'd be right in.. after another 10 minutes she entered the room and took 5 minutes with me..could be this .. but it could also be that 🤔 I just got a bill in the mail for 180.00....I will NEVER see her again nor would I recommen... read more
