I have A great Doctor there! DR. Cook is A great Doctor! However My Mom was going to Dr. Smith there but he is no longer there. She has called several times and each time the receptionists blow her off. They need to contact all of Dr. Smiths patients and place them with A different Doctor. Mom has been calling them sine October. They have great Doctor's but they need new receptionists that care.
Just all around a bad experience. Found a doctor who cares elsewhere.
Dr. McDaniel is awesome. Take his time during visits. Very knowledgeable.
They could care less about my health! I never had to convince a doctor that I needed medication. X-rays taken here have to be sent out to be read and then billed by outside company. I had a balance due so they made me inactive, refused to fill my blood pressure, diabetic and asthma meds.
My doctor of many years left here to practice elsewhere. Needed to get a primary doctor to replace him and they flat out said no because of meds that I take. Told them I go to pain management for my pain but I still need my regular meds. So if you've had multiple back surgeries don't go there. So when I have an asthma attack because of no meds thank you.
