SCAM!!! Just like the other reviews i got a bill for 3k for a machine that was included in my surgery. Surgery was almost a year ago. I called the number and finally got an answer from some foreign guy in a call center. I could hear others talking. He said no one from America worked there i could talk to. So i asked for his supervisor and i called that number and got a recording for another scammer named anuhalabda010134 something. DONT PAY! And it says BCBS GA. I’m in NC! The 561 number is the “supervisor”

SCAM! Received a collection notice for an "unpaid" portion of a recent surgery. Called my doctor who said my account was clean. Called the surgical center who said my account was clean. Lastly, I called the collection agency and was transferred to "Midwest Medical Enterprises" in GA where, I swear, I was speaking to the same guy from the collection agency. Could hear dozens of voices in the background. Couldn't understand anyone so hung up, then I saw these other reviews. DO NOT PAY!

IT IS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT PAY!!!! This company went out of business in early Spring 2021. Do not pay any bill that you receive from them or Midwest Medical Associates, Inc., it is all the same scam. If you go to the website & try calling the phone numbers listed, one is disconnected & the other just rings. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone.

Is there a way to leave negative stars? Just here to help comment on the scam that Midwest Medical is a part of. Do not pay a bill received from them. I will be contacting JCAHO as well to determine if they are actually certified by them as their website claims. The hospital my husband received these at stopped using them a few months later....and now I can see why....they are basically balance billing you for VTE prophylaxis that is included in your hospital stay.
