I’ve been going to Galena MWM for over a year now, I live a little over 2 hours away, they have been the first place to help me with my health and figure out what’s going on, I feel heard, appreciated, & listened to as a patient here, so much I feel like a normal person again for my age. Went here looking for help and the receptionist refused to let me be seen. Got home and passed out in my kitchen and hit my head after they refused care. They’ll be getting reported for malpractice. I can guarantee that much.

I was warned but tried to give it the benefit of the doubt bc I was in need of serious care! I would not recommend this place at all ! The staff is extremely rude when you’re asking for help! No one likes being in the hospital as is it maybe make sure to at least try to make it somewhat easier for your patients really needing the help!
