Ryan was very knowledgeable and helped me understand why I did not like another mattress and the difference between the firmness of mattress.
We had a great experience with Midwest Mattress. From walking into the store to delivery. Ryan was our salesman and was very knowledgeable and guided us through our options and answered all of our questions. This felt like a no pressure sale by someone who cared. We selected our mattress and it was delivered within the same week. The delivery went flawlessly and professionally. We are very happy with our service and will return for future mattress needs or if my wife finally lets me get that massage chair.
Ethan was extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect mattress. He answered all of my questions, and didn’t try to upsell me. The delivery time took less than a week, and the team was so polite and helpful. They hauled away my current mattress and box spring to be recycled and replaced it with my new Tempur Pedic! I am happy to say I have a 10 year warranty and am very pleased with my purchase. I would give Midwest Mattress a try if you are looking to purchase!
