Alex was fantastic. The delivery was quick and easy. I had many questions and he answered all of them thoroughly. My house is difficult to get to and the mattress was a hefty delivery, and he handled it all with ease. He left zero trash or packaging, and told me if I have any questions, I can reach out at any time. I highly recommend!
If you have a thick mattress with an adjustable base do yourself a favor and purchase some Dream Fit sheets from MWM. Not having to readjust my sheets every morning is amazing. We have a 18” thick firm mattress with a topper so almost 20” total. I’d almost given up on finding sheets that actually stay on throughout the night. Be prepared for Ryan to tell you all about sheets cause he’s got a lot of product knowledge (he’s kind of a nerd in good way I suppose) thanks again Ryan and Midwest Mattress
