They never ran my insurance when charging me, so they charged me the full amount. I called on July 9th and they said they would reprocess the claim in 30-45 days and get an updated bill. Instead I get the same bill again. I call on Aug 24th and they said they are behind but will put my insurance information in again and to ignore this bill until I get an updated one. I've also messaged them on the website twice with no reply. They then sent me to collections. I wouldn't advise anyone to utilize this facility.
