Edit 02-25-26: No improvements nothing has been offered to be fixed.... just go on down the street between Raymour and Peculiar Missouri there's a nice vote shop that can take care of you and I hear they have a lot better pricing. Horrible experience with their "master tech". Read the bad reviews not the staged ones at the top. So many better choices with better reviews IMO... Take your assets to Table Rock Lake before you let Walter work on it. DAMN! I wish I would have read all the One Star reviews first.. excuses seem to ... read more
Working with Pontoon Dave was incredibly easy. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and considerate. From the pro shop to the parts and the sales floor, everybody was incredibly helpful.

I wish I would have read all the One Star reviews first.. excuses seem to abound out of this shop. Now it all makes sense now now I understand why what happened happened. Master Mechanic doesn't mean they can fix anything or do it correctly!
Well after coming back to look at the site again I see either several one-star reviews all with the same thing a bunch of excuses. I think they just hire bad quality folks here I don't know. What I do know is they can't even put a nut and bolt together properly as far as I'm concerned. I had an unfortunate encounter with their Chief mechanic named Walter. Come to find out Walter can't even change the Tire on an RC car, so I'm not sure I would want him working on my boat in fact I know I wouldn't. This business as a whole is ... read more
