I installed a Master Craft entry door and shortly after installation we had a heavy rain which came through the frame around the glass panel. I reached out to MasterCraft through their email (they won't take phone calls for warranty coverage) and several days later received an email telling me to tighten the screws around the frame. I did that and the next rain it leaked again.
