*BUYER BEWARE!* This was one of the WORST investment I have ever made. The sprinklers are normal quality nothing special but the owner Erik is a) rude b) evasive and c) doesn’t seem to care about making a good customer experience. I installed a little under a year ago and I had to beg them to come out to turn off the water and then again this season. They are not very responsive and interactive in short spouts only. The initial work was ok, But they NEVER return calls, customer service sucks and I never take time to comment on a company,. this is the second time ever..and I would avoid them, they don't keep their word and are not dependable, don't take care of problems they make. Not happy AT all with Erik and his company.
If you want thieves and damage to your property and no customer service, then this is what you get. The first year we had them, they did a great job on the yard and always looked nice. Then one day while they were cutting the yard I caught one the workers taking pepper off my plant in the garden. I called Eric about it and he said he would take care of and did not seem happy about it. As well he should. The guys did an awesome job! Very clean installation, very proffessional. The yard looked great when they were finished - we could hardly tell they had just been there.
