Had the pleasure of doing business with Midwest Laundries' Jim Schulz. I purchased two coin-op Ipso washers and a stackable dryer. Very fair pricing for a quality product and the team is very high on service. I called Jim on a Friday afternoon and asked if he was open on the weekends. He normally isn't, but when I explained what I was looking for, he offered to open up on Saturday and meet with me to show me his inventory. I made the purchase and his team delivered as promised. Victor N. Was on time and very knowledgeable of what repairs needed to both washer and dryer. He was quick and precise with each repair. Asked me if I had any questions or concerns. My first experience with Midwest laundries was OUTSTANDING! A real person who speaks the language answers the phone and directs you to another person who immediately answers their phone. On top of that they are a huge distributor and I only needed a one off and they treated me as if I was buying 20 units. When I went to pick it up, a cheerful person greeted me and the cheerful office people completed my paperwork. What else can you ask for? Excellent customer service and a great price!
