I called about a problem with my multi-function color laser printer and Emily was able to initially diagnose the problem over the phone. I was able to drop off the printer at their facility and wait for it to be repaired. I took the printer back to my office and it is working like brand new! Thank you Midwest Laser!!!!

Recently dropped off a large HP M604 for service, paper jams. I dropped it off first thing in the morning and they had it repaired by end of days which is when I picked it up. Excellent service, nice people and a price that was reasonable at $212. Would definitely use them again.
