I took my HP Printer to Midwest Laser Specialists because it stopped working. I was told there was a service charge which I agreed to. The store employee opened my computer, found a piece of paper , took it out and my computer worked again. The best part, my only charge was a smile and the comment to have a good rest of the day. I cannot praise Midwest Laser Specialists of Alsip enough for the totally unexpected and exceptional service we received for our older HP printer. Hearing that we drove 1.5 hrs to drop it off, they very promptly diagnosed and repaired it within just less than a hour, saving us a return trip. Even loaded the printer back into our hatchback. Sales manager Emily Brown is a gem. I originally ordered one type of printer and when the technicians assessed it and found it wasn't up to par, she immediately contacted me with better alternatives and honored the price for the original item. Then when I needed to replace it because I was dealing with an emergency, she had good solutions. Emily truly goes above and beyond and I will surely shop from Midwest Laser Specialists again.
