Dr. Mukesh Arora is a wonderful physician and a kind, caring man. My wife and I are very well cared by him, both medically and personally. We always feel better when we leave his office and are lucky to have him as a part of our lives.
They tow cars illegally when you park in the spots that are not marked “visitor parking only” and I don’t mean directly in front of the building I mean near the huge garbage cans!! I would never go here if someone like that doesn’t give notice when it’s Illinois law to. If they decided to actually mark the spots and put signs it’s a different story. Was referred to this Doctor by Good Shepherd hospital for severe case of girds (acid reflux). When walking in to office to make an appointment the receptionist was on the phone. After about 3 minutes I realised she was on the phone discussing personal matters with someone. I understand sometimes people have personal matters to take care of. But there was no "hello, im sorry can you give me a few min" no motion or signal from her to please wait, no smile, nothing.
