Avoid the waterloo branch at all costs if you just have to work here. It's incompetence defined. They have checked out they are all in their 60s. I'm back. Negative 5. I can't go further. I picked up for them. 3 of us to clean the entire uni dome. They don't have staff because they have no benefits, incompetent and aging bosses. For the love of God people work anywhere else. Good quality cleaners who work hard to give you a great clean business
As an employee who left willingly, I can give you an honest review. Garbage. You are only an asset. A number. It's replacement level work and they treat their employees as such. The higher ups would walk through your building and pretend you don't exist. Because really you don't to them. Avoid at all costs. Maintain your sanity and work anywhere else.
