First time using them... they said the startup service would be $225.00 flat. After they serviced the system, I got a bill for $418.50. They added a bunch of fees not disclosed to me and said I had no choice but to pay the extras.

I was having trouble with the water pressure of my irrigation system so I called Midwest and spoke to Angela who was a great help. She was able to schedule a time for a technician to come out to my house and fix the heads. My lawn is going to be looking great this summer thanks to this company!
I am pleased and satisfied with the service it provides my home for the last 10 years.
