I've used Midwest Insurance Solutions for over 7 years. For the past 2 years the service has been very poor. The latest incident is probably the last straw. Called to make changes to my auto policy and then weeks later the changes didn't happen so I had to call again. Basically was told how argumentative I was and that I could call Progressive directly.
