I’ve been with this company for the last six years and never had an issue until the last couple of months when my insurance sky rocketed. I was told it was because of the age of my roof, I had a roofer come out and inspect it, and was told it was a very new roof. Nonetheless I called my agent who refused to give me a call back to discuss. After weeks of lack of response, I switched agents and I’m now saving a ton of money in addition to receiving much better customer service. Avoid this agency.

I've used Midwest Insurance Solutions for over 7 years. For the past 2 years the service has been very poor. The latest incident is probably the last straw. Called to make changes to my auto policy and then weeks later the changes didn't happen so I had to call again. Basically was told how argumentative I was and that I could call Progressive directly. They provide great quotes! My Family and I are insured for our Autos and Homes. Only concern is that my/your call is not resolved in one phone call.
