Disappointed in the poor quality of my pontoon trailer. Bunks are constructed using hemlock, which is not rot resistant. 2 bunks fell off trailer after launching boat. Thankfully the bunks did not fail while the boat was in the trailer at highway speeds.
Contacted 5 different Shoreland'r dealers to have a trailer repaired. NONE will honor the Shoreland'r warranty. What a joke a of a company.
If you make a trailer (Shorelan'r) that has specific proprietary parts needed for maintenance why do you have to make it so dang hard for a person to find and purchase? I'm talking about the spindle sleeve and the unique seal that goes with it. Very unhappy that I can't source this from anywhere but a dealer that is very far away and has very limited hours. Why the heck can't I just order them from the company!!!!!!
