The facility was very secure and the open communication was amazing! They were able to provide a space for my family and I to store our things for the time we needed them!
When my cc was compromised and I got behind on making payments they didn't automatically turn my storage unit over to auction which I was very grateful for since it held a lot of family heirlooms. The space is clean air conditioned and easy to get in and out of I'd recommend it to anybody
Not good as far as reaching your unit on crutches one would really require a closer one near the entry area
Very easy to communicate with and understanding of what we where going through helped us set up easily, as compared to the website which was a struggle for active internet users to figure out. Thanks regardless and thanks John
